pregnancy

comprehensive pregnancy care is our bread and butter. we meet with you Every month, checking in on you and on baby, from the start of your pregnancy until 28 weeks. from 28 weeks until 37 weeks, we meet with you every two weeks. from 37 weeks and on, we meet weekly or more frequently as needed. we may attend to you until 42 weeks of pregnancy.

included in your care are laboratory services, referrals for ultrasounds, fetal monitoring, palpation for fetal position, weight and amniotic fluid, fetal measurements, nutritional counseling, and much more.

preconception & well person care

we partner in full spectrum life long care. services include Pap smears, STD testing and treatment, annual labs, breast exams and referrals for mammograms, and contraception counseling.

preconception counseling includes period tracking, intercourse timing, nutritional counseling, and lab work as needed.

genetic testing

  • Sneak a peek at baby’s gender via a quick blood draw as early as 6 weeks. Done in your own home. Results may available as early as the very next day.

    Cost: $150

  • A genetic screening test for anomalies including for trisomies 13, 18, and 21 as well as disorders affecting sex chromosomes. From this screening, gender as well as fetal blood rH can also be determined.

Labor and Birth

  • During early labor, we are available 24/7 to guide you through the laboring process. We will come to you and stay when in active labor—approximately 6 centimeters or more. We will walk alongside you through labor.

  • We monitor closely the transition from pregnancy to motherhood in the immediate postpartum period. With normal transition and progression, we leave you and your little one after 4 hours.

Postpartum

  • In the postpartum period, we are checking in on you and your little one in the first days, as well as at weeks 1, 3, and 6.

  • Comprehensive guidance through the postpartum period including lactation support, newborn weight and jaundice checks, watching for signs of postpartum depression, and observing normal transition back to the non-pregnant state.
